To set up two-factor authentication (2FA), you need the Google Authenticator App or an alternative:
After installing an authenticator app:
Go to settings in the left menu
Choose my profile in the settings menu on the left
Click on activate 2FA at the bottom of the form
Follow the instructions and scan the QR code
Validate the app by filling in the code in RogerRoger
Every time you log in, you will have to use both your password and the authenticator app.
Disable 2FA
To deactivate 2FA, go to your profile again and disable it with the red button at the bottom of the form.
You can only deactivate 2FA when you are logged in to your account! If you have trouble accessing your account with 2FA enabled, please contact us.
