All emails will be synchronized when your mailbox is connected to RogerRoger.
To stop syncing a mailbox you must remove it from RogerRoger. Please remember that by doing so, all conversations will be removed too.
👉 Removing a mailbox does not affect your existing email account in any way
👉 Emails attached to tasks or workspaces will be kept available
Go to settings in the top menu
Select email accounts in the settings menu on the left
Select the email account you want to remove
Select revoke access at the bottom of the page
Confirm the action
Depending on the type of mailbox you'll need to revoke access on the platform of your email provider. This step is not necessary for IMAP or Exchange accounts.
Gmail
Look for ‘Manage Third-party Access’
Open the list and look for RogerRoger
Revoke access for RogerRoger
Confirm the action
Office 365
Click on ‘App permissions’
In the section ‘You can revoke permission for these apps’ find RogerRoger
Click on ‘revoke’
