All connected email accounts are synced in real-time with RogerRoger. As long as the connection is healthy. Luckily RogerRoger lets you know if for some reason that connection is lost or not stable.
| One of your email accounts has connectivity issues.
In your settings, you can look up all connected email accounts you have access to. In that list, any connectivity errors are shown with a red status indicator.
Some common reasons the connection to your email account is lost are:
the password of the mailbox is changed
settings of the email provider are changed (IMAP)
rights are changed (G-mail and Office 635)
In most cases reconnecting to that email account solves the issue and the indicator dot in the email accounts list will turn green.
