Filters can be used to refine existing views and create custom views that only show relevant issues. RogerRoger's powerful filtering lets you refine issue lists down to just the issues you need to work on.
You can apply filters to all workspaces and filter by almost any property. You can also apply operators to filters and combine filters to show any or all.
Apply filters
Press F to select filters from the command menu or click the filter icon above the board or list.
You'll see a menu of filters that you can apply to the current view. The filter bar will show the selected filter. From here you can extend and modify your query.
Click the filter button in the filter menu to add the first filter
Click the x on a filter to remove it
Click the + after an active filter to add an extra filter
You can filter by the following properties:
Sort
Priority, creation date, and/or due date
Users
Assignee and/or author
Dates
Due date and/or creation date
Tags
One or more tags
Status
Archived, active and/or completed
Contacts
Linked persons and/or organizations
Refine with operators
Operators can be used to refine the filter. For instance to see all the incomplete tasks after adding a task filter you can click on the operator to toggle it to 'is not'
We support the following operators:
before & on and after for date properties
is & is not for other properties like status
