Filter & find

Filters can be used to refine existing views and create custom views that only show relevant issues. RogerRoger's powerful filtering lets you refine issue lists down to just the issues you need to work on.

You can apply filters to all workspaces and filter by almost any property. You can also apply operators to filters and combine filters to show any or all.

Apply filters

Press F to select filters from the command menu or click the filter icon above the board or list.

You'll see a menu of filters that you can apply to the current view. The filter bar will show the selected filter. From here you can extend and modify your query.

  • Click the filter button in the filter menu to add the first filter

  • Click the x on a filter to remove it

  • Click the + after an active filter to add an extra filter

You can filter by the following properties:

Sort

Priority, creation date, and/or due date

Users

Assignee and/or author

Dates

Due date and/or creation date

Tags

One or more tags

Status

Archived, active and/or completed

Contacts

Linked persons and/or organizations

Refine with operators

Operators can be used to refine the filter. For instance to see all the incomplete tasks after adding a task filter you can click on the operator to toggle it to 'is not'

We support the following operators:

  • before & on and after for date properties

  • is & is not for other properties like status

Refine with free search

You can use free text search with filters to find the exact results you need.
